1. Will the coaching be as good?

Yes! Our coaches have years of experience watching people move. We know what an exercise should and should not look like, and we know how to fix it. 

In fact, we have had a number of members that used to do in-person sessions say that they actually got a BETTER workout in their remote session because of how efficient they are!

2. What if I'm not tech savvy?

This is probably the biggest concern for people before they try online training, and the LEAST of their concerns after the first session. People are always shocked at how easy it actually is, even if they are not very good with technology. 

That is because we have made it as simple as possible for you to jump into a online session...all you have to do is click the link that we send you and you will be in you "training room" with your coach!

3. What if I have limited space?

This has also been a very common concern, but for anyone that has tried it out, it has not been an issue. All you need is a space big enough to lay down. We even have some people doing it in their bathroom just to have some peace and quiet!

4. Won't I miss out on the social aspect of going to the gym?

One of the best things that has come out of us moving to online training is that we have been able to not only maintain, but actually increase, our members sense of community. 

Now, more than ever we are in need of social interaction, and online coaching gives you the ability to workout with people you never would have before.

You can have your kids who live in different cities or your friends from around the country all join you for a workout! That means you get to see them and your coach 2-3x per week, every week.
